- Click on the “Register Here” link for Members on the Community home page
What you need:
- An e-mail account
- A Community Member ID number
- Your ZIP code
What you can do:
- Check your eligibility

- Change your Primary Care Provider
- Complete a Health Insurance
- Portability and Accountability
- Act (HIPAA) privacy form to add more guardians to your account
- Print a temporary ID card
