This is your chance to make your health plan better. Community invites you to be a part of our Member Advisory Group. The group meets at least once every three months. These meetings are only available for HHS Members at this time. You can ask questions or share any concerns you have about your health coverage.

Requirements

Current Member of Community Health Choice
Attend three Member Advisory Group meetings per year
Attend one Member event per year
Commit to actively participating in your child’s health
Must be present throughout the entire hour of the meeting and contribute feedback.
