An important message from Commissioner Rodney Ellis:

“Everyone deserves access to affordable health care. The 2022 Open Enrollment Period has been extended through January 15, 2022. This gives you more time to access quality health coverage that is now more affordable thanks to the American Rescue Plan.

Reduced premiums are now available for most people, with the greatest savings for individuals and families who make below 400% of the federal poverty rate (annual income of up to $52,000 for a family of four). Also, people who received at least one week of unemployment compensation at any time in 2021 are eligible for enhanced Marketplace subsidies to obtain health insurance and to pay for care.”

Open Enrollment is November 1, 2021 through January 15, 2022.

Enroll by December 15, 2021 for coverage that starts January 1, 2022.
Enroll between December 16, 2021 and January 15, 2022 for coverage that starts February 1, 2022.
